レシピ手順
- 長芋は、皮をむいて2cm角に切り、薄力粉・片栗粉の順にまぶす。
- フライパンに油を熱し、1を揚げ焼きする。
- 熱いうちにシーズニングをまぶし、器に盛る。
- お好みで小口切りにした小ねぎを飾る。
ワンポイント
・長芋の皮は、お好みでむかずに作っても美味しく出来上がります。
