レシピ手順
- ライスペーパーを1枚ずつ水又はぬるま湯にくぐらせ、まな板などの上に置く。
- やわらかくなったら半分くらいまでくるくると巻き、左右を折りたたんで最後まで巻く。
- 器に盛り付け、黒みつ・きなこをかける。
ワンポイント
・破れたりきれいに巻けなくても、一口サイズにまとまれば大丈夫です。破れたライスペーパーでも作れます。
