レシピ手順
- えびは下処理をしておく。いかは格子状に切れ目を入れ食べやすい大きさに切る。
- 1をゆで、レモン汁をかけてしばらく置いてからシーフードグリーンチリソース・オリーブオイルであえる。
- 器に2を盛り、お好みでトマトなどの野菜を飾る。
