レシピ手順
- ゼラチンは水でふやかしておく。
- 鍋に豆乳・1・砂糖を加えて火にかけ、沸騰させないように煮溶かす。
- 鍋を火からおろし、ねりごまを少しずつ加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
- 3を氷水に当て、混ぜながら粗熱を取り、とろみがついてきたらカップに流し入れて冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
ワンポイント
・ねりごま(白)を代用すると、仕上がりがあっさりとします。
