レシピ手順
- 鶏肉は酒をまぶし、ひたひたの水(分量外)でゆでて、そのまま冷ます。
- せりは5cm長さに切り、サッとゆでる。
- 長芋は細切りにする。
- 器に2・3を盛り付け、その上に食べやすい大きさに切った1をのせる。
- よだれ鶏ソースをかける。

・付け合わせの野菜はお好みで。
