レシピ手順
- むきエビは背ワタをとり、イカは一口大に切る。
さやいんげんは5cm幅に切りサッと下ゆでします。 - 魚介類に酒・片栗粉をまぶして炒める。
- 2にさやいんげんを入れて炒め、ガパオソースを加え全体に味が絡める。

・魚介類は鶏肉や牛肉に代えても、美味しくいただけます。
