- 絹さやはヘタと筋を取る。にんじん・キャベツ・ハムは3cm長さの細切りにする。
- ごま油で、にんじん・キャベツを軽く炒め、A・絹さや・ハムを入れてサッと煮る。
- 豆乳を加えて弱火にし、温まったらホワイトペパーで味を調える。
ワンポイント
・豆乳を加えてからは煮立たせないように注意してください。
