レシピ手順
- さわらは食べやすい大きさに切り、水けを拭き取る。
- ポテトシーズニングを振りかけて軽く揉みこみ、片栗粉をまぶす。
- 170℃の油で色よく揚げる。
- 器に盛り付け、お好みで白髪ねぎ・素揚げしたししとうを一緒に盛り付ける。
