レシピ手順
- 菜の花は、塩(分量外)を入れた熱湯でさっとゆでて水けを絞り、5cm長さに切る。
- 鍋に水・えびだしを入れて沸かし、1・桜えびを加えて再び煮立ったら火を止める。

・温かいままでも、冷たくしても美味しくいただけます。
