レシピ手順
- えびは殻をむいて背ワタを取る。
- トマトは1cm角に切り、しめじは小房に分ける。
- 鍋にトムヤムペースト・水を入れて煮立て、1・2を入れる。
- 具に火が通ったら器に盛り付け、お好みでパクチーを散らす。
