レシピ手順
- 豚肉は食べやすい大きさに切る。
- きのこ類は石づきを除き、小房に分ける。エリンギは食べやすい大きさに切る。
- サラダ油を熱したフライパンに1を入れ、肉の色が変わったら2・タンドリーチキンの素を加え更に炒める。
- 器に3を盛り付け、お好みでパクチーを添える。
