レシピ手順
- えびは尻尾だけを残して殻を取り、背ワタをとりのぞく。水けを拭き取り、シーズニングをもみ込む。
- 1を串に刺してフライパンや網で焼く。
- 器に盛り付け、お好みでベビーリーフとレモンを添える。
