- たまねぎはみじん切りに、小ねぎは小口切りにする。
- フライパンに油(小さじ1)を熱し、えびを炒め一旦取り出す。
- 再びフライパンに油(小さじ2)を熱し、ひき肉・たまねぎを炒め、火が通ったら溶いた卵・ご飯を入れて炒め合わせる。
- 3に2を戻し入れ、ガラスープ・海老辣醤で味付けをして器に盛り、小ねぎを飾る。
