レシピ手順
- 明太子は薄皮を取り除き、ドレッシングとよく混ぜておく。
- 青じそはせん切りにする。
- スパゲッティは、塩(分量外)・オリーブオイル(分量外)を加えた熱湯でゆでる。
- 3の水けをしっかりときり、1とあえる。
- 器に盛り付け、2をのせ、お好みでのりを散らす。
