レシピ手順
- もちは10等分に切る。
- 餃子の皮の中央に1・チーズをのせ、シーズニングをひとふりする。皮の縁に水をつけて、半分に折って包む。
- 170℃の油で、きつね色になるまで揚げる。
ワンポイント
・ポテトシーズニング、メキシカンチリソースなどでも美味しく作れます。
