レシピ手順
- 小松菜は4cm長さに切り、にんにくは粗みじん切りにする。
- フライパンに油を熱し、にんにくを炒めて香りが立ったら小松菜を加えてサッと炒める。
- ガラスープを加えて手早く炒め、器に盛り付ける。

・にんにくを焦がさないように気を付けて下さい。
