タイ風卵焼き(カイジャオムーサップ)
レシピ手順
- パクチーはざく切りにする。
- ボウルに卵・ひき肉・1の2/3量・ナンプラーを入れてよく混ぜ合わせる。
- 小さめのフライパンに油を強火で熱し、2を一気に入れる。
- 縁が固まり始めたら菜箸で大きく2~3回かき混ぜて中火にし、底面がきつね色になったら裏返す。
- 器に4を盛り付け、残りのパクチーを飾る。スイートチリソースをつけていただく。
ワンポイント
・たっぷりの油で揚げ焼きにすることでふんわりと仕上がります。
