菜の花の花椒辣醤炒め

レシピ手順
- 菜の花はゆでて半分に切り、パプリカは一口大に切る。
- えびは背ワタを除く。いかは食べやすい大きさに切る。
- フライパンに油を熱して生姜を炒め、強火で1・2を炒める。
- Aを加えて、全体に味を絡ませる。
ワンポイント
・花椒辣醤は最後に加えると、香りよく仕上がります。
