- 鍋にねりごまを入れ、豆乳を少しずつ加え弱火で沸騰させないように温める。
- 温まったら砂糖・ブランデー・練乳を加える。
- 白玉粉と分量の水を合わせてよく練り、8等分する。
- 別の鍋に湯(分量外)を沸かし、白玉を入れる。浮かんで来たら、冷水に取る。
- 器に2・4を入れて、からいりした松の実を飾る。
