レシピ手順
- 冬瓜は3〜4cmの角切り、帆立ては薄切りに、しょうがはせん切りにする。
- 鍋に水・貝柱だしを入れて沸騰させ、冬瓜としょうがを加えて煮込む。
- 冬瓜が柔らかくなったら、帆立てを加えてサッと火を通す。

・お好みの野菜を加えてもよく合います。
