ライスペーパーのアップルパイ
レシピ手順
- りんごはくし切りにし、5mmの薄切りにする。
- フライパンを熱してバター(25g)を溶かし、1を加え焼き色が付くまで炒める。砂糖・シナモンを加え、炒め合わせる。
- ライスペーパーを1枚ずつ水又はぬるま湯にくぐらせてまな板の上に置く。
- 2を4等分し、3で包む。
- フライパンにバター(5g)を熱し、4をこんがりと焼く。
ワンポイント
・砂糖・シナモンの代わりにシナモンシュガーを使用しても美味しいです。
