あったか豆腐丼
レシピ手順
- 豆腐を横半分に切り、8等分する。
- しいたけは薄切りに、貝割れ菜は根元を切り落とす。
- 鍋に水を入れて沸騰させ、しいたけ・豆腐の順に入れて中火にし、ガラスープ・醤油・ブラックペパーで味付けをする。
- 1〜2分煮込んだら弱火にし、水溶き片栗粉を回し入れる。
- 貝割れ菜・ごま油を加えすぐに火を止める。
- 深めの器にご飯を盛り付け、周りに5をかける。
ワンポイント
・ご飯をお碗などに入れて形を作ると、きれいに盛り付け出来ます。
