カンタン 麻婆チヂミ
レシピ手順
- にらは5cm長さに切る。じゃがいもは皮をむき、せん切りにする。
- 片栗粉を分量の水に溶かし、卵・薄力粉・麻婆ソースを加え、よく混ぜ合わせる。さらに、にら・じゃがいもを加え混ぜ合わせる。
- フライパンを熱しごま油をひき、中火で両面に焼き色が付くまで焼く。適当な大きさに切り、糸唐辛子を飾る。
