レシピ手順
- ほうれん草はサッと塩ゆで(分量外)し、5cm長さに切る。にんじんはせん切りにして塩もみし、水で洗って水けをきる。
- 豆腐はしっかりと水きりをする。
- 2・Aをよく混ぜ合わせ、1とあえる。
ワンポイント
・砂糖の量はお好みで調節して下さい。
