レシピ手順
- 米を研ぎ、酢飯の水分量で炊く。
- 耐熱容器にガラスープ・半量の酢・砂糖を入れ、電子レンジに30秒程かけて砂糖を溶かす。残りの酢を加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
- 炊き立てのご飯に2を混ぜ、粗熱を取る。
- ラップの上に適当な大きさに切った具材とご飯をのせ一口大のボールに握る。
