レシピ手順
- えびは背ワタを除き、いかは格子状に切り込みを入れて一口大に切る。パプリカは乱切りに、アスパラガスは斜め切りにする。
- 魚介類は酒・片栗粉をまぶし、フライパンに油を熱し炒める。
- パプリカ・アスパラガスを入れてさらに炒め、黒胡椒醤を加え混ぜ合わせる。
ワンポイント
・魚介類は鶏肉や牛肉に代えても、美味しくいただけます。
