レシピ手順
- さけは熱したフライパンでカリカリに焼き、身をほぐす。小ねぎは小口切りにする。
- フライパンに油を熱し、溶き卵・ご飯を入れて炒める。
- 1を加えて更に炒め、アンチョビソース・しょうゆで味を調える。
