冬瓜のそぼろ煮
レシピ手順
- 冬瓜は、皮と種を取り除き、一口大に切る。小ねぎは小口切りにする。
- 鍋に油を熱して、ひき肉をポロポロになるまで炒める。
- 2に冬瓜・ガラスープ・水を加え、煮立ったらアクを取り、みりん・しょうゆを加える。
- 落としぶたをして弱火で15分程煮て、水溶き片栗粉を加えてとろみをつける。
- 器に盛り、小ねぎを飾る。
ワンポイント
・四川豆板醤を調味料と一緒に入れて煮込んでも、美味しいです。
