中華風混ぜご飯
レシピ手順
- 具材はすべて1cm角に切る。
- フライパンにネギ油を熱し、チャーシュー・たけのこ・しいたけを炒め、ねぎ・チンゲンサイも加えてさらに炒める。
- 味玉・ペパーで味付けし、ご飯に混ぜ合わせる。
ワンポイント
・炒めた具材は、餃子や焼売のあんに練り込んでも美味しいです。
