七草粥

レシピ手順
- 七草を細かく刻む。
- 鍋に水・ガラスープを入れて沸かし、ご飯を加え煮込む。
- 七草のうち、火の通りにくいスズナやスズシロを先に加え、柔らかくなったら葉物も加えて煮込む。
火を止め、器に盛り付ける。
ワンポイント
・お好みで炒りゴマを振っても美味しいです。
