レシピ手順
- 鶏肉は1.5㎝厚さのそぎ切りにし、塩・こしょうで軽く下味をつける。
- パン粉とシーズニングを混ぜ合わせ、1全体にまぶす 。
- フライパンにココナツオイルをひき、2の両面に火が通るまで焼く。

・鶏肉は、ささみやもも肉でも美味しく出来上がります。
