鶏肉のココナッツ煮込み
レシピ手順
- 鶏肉はぶつ切りにし、たまねぎはスライスする。パプリカは細切りにする。
- フライパンに油とにんにくを入れ、鶏肉を炒める。
焼き色がついたらたまねぎを加え、しんなりするまで炒め、水を加えて火が通るまで煮込む。 - ココナッツミルク・ナンプラー・カレー粉を加えて、さらに煮込む。
- トロミが出たら、パプリカを加えてひと煮立ちさせ、塩・こしょうで味を調える。
