レシピ手順
- 空芯菜は茎と葉に分け、それぞれ5cm長さに切る。
パプリカはスライスする。 - フライパンに油を熱して豚肉を炒め、肉の色が変わったら空芯菜の茎を加えて炒め、パプリカ・空芯菜の葉も加えてサッと炒める。
- たれを回しかけ、全体に馴染んだら皿に盛り付ける。

・さっと炒めるのがコツです。
