タピオカデザート
レシピ手順
- 鍋にお湯を沸かし、タピオカを入れて中火で15分〜20分程ゆでる。
- 鍋にのりが張ってきたら、たっぷりの水を加える。
- 透明になったらざるに上げて水で洗う。
- ココナッツミルク・砂糖を入れて加熱し、砂糖がとけたら火からおろして牛乳を加える。
- 器に3を入れ、4を注ぐ。

・作り方1で、吹きこぼれないように気を付けてください。
