豚肉のハーブピカタ

レシピ手順
- 豚肉は筋切りをして叩きのばし、ハーブ&ロックソルトをまぶす。
- キャベツはせん切りに、トマトとレモンはくし切りにする。
- 卵は溶きほぐし、粉チーズを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。
- 1に小麦粉をつけ、3にくぐらせる。
- フライパンに油を熱し4の両面を焼き、中まで火を通す。
- 器に5を盛り付け、2・パセリを飾る。
ワンポイント
・鶏肉や白身魚でも、美味しく出来上がります。
