レシピ手順
- 新じゃがいもはよく洗って半分に切り、水にさらす。パプリカは一口大に、菜の花は食べやすい長さに切る。
- 170℃に熱した油で1を素揚げする。
- 2・ほたるいかをドレッシングであえる。
- ベビーリーフを敷いた器に3を盛り付けフライドオニオンを散らす。
